Valerian root contains a number of compounds that may promote sleep and reduce anxiety.

Valerenic acid has been found to inhibit the breakdown of GABA in the brain, resulting in feelings of calmness and tranquility. This mechanism control the acidity and indigestion associated with stress.



Eugenol is the main constituent responsible for the medicinal properties of the clove. Eugenol, an active principle of clove, is an effective secretagogue causing dose-dependent augmentation of gastric secretion.



The oil extracted of cinnamon cinnamaldehyde (55 - 57%) and eugenol (5 - 18%). Cinnamaldehyde has anti-inflammatory effect through prevent the biosynthesis of prostaglandins and antispasmodic effect used as anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic.



Being soothing and warming carminative and stomach aid it helps the medicine to digest and absorb effectively.

Nut Grass

Seeds contain a chalcone (cardamonin), a flavonoid (alpinetin), petunidin-3, 5 diglucoside and leucocyanidin glucocide, aurone glycosid subulin. The essential oil (about 2.5%) contains 1, 8-cineol as the major constituents.

1, 8-cineole lowers blood pressure, and that this antihypertensive effect may be associated with the regulation of nitric oxide and oxidative stress.
