Return/Refund/Replacement is only applicable:
- If your product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time frame (within 2 days once delivered).
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken).
- Delivered Product is incorrect (not as ordered/incomplete).
- If your placed order is “Not Required Anymore” (you no longer have a use for the product/you have changed your mind about the purchase) before or at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable time frame (before delivery).
